Natures Way Foods (NWF) is one of the UK’s leading fresh produce manufacturers, specialising in the supply of bagged salads, prepared fruit and leafy salad bowls and trays to major retail and food service companies.
We were asked to photograph a range of recipes to inspire consumers to use salad and fruit in a new way. A home economist was commissioned to develop and test the recipes, and was also present at the shoot to prepare the dishes and work closely with the food stylist.
